How do I get started?
Make an appointment with Sylvy to begin discussing ideas for your hat or headpiece, and to have your head size measured if necessary. Images of your outfit and style references can also be useful. If you are unable to meet Sylvy in person, phone and email discussions are always welcome.
How long will my order take?
All Sylvy Earl hats and headpieces are carefully tended to by hand. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for completion of your hat or headpiece, plus delivery time. If you require your hat or headpiece by a certain date, please let Sylvy know when placing your order.

Can I order if I live interstate?
Yes, consultations can be done via phone or email if you are unable to meet with Sylvy. All orders can be delivered interstate.
How do I pay for my custom order?
A deposit of 50% is required upon order of your hat or headpiece. The final payment, including postage, must be paid on completion of the hat or headpiece, before delivery. Payment can be made by credit card via phone, PayPal, or by direct transfer.
