SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders placed between Monday and Thursday will be processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, and customers will be notified via email when their order has been dispatched. 

Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Items are shipped via Australia Post Express Delivery (please note that next business day delivery is only available for addresses located within the Australia Post Express Post network).

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Exchanges or credit notes can be offered on items provided that they are in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, with all  original tags and labels intact, and associated packaging in original condition. 

Please email hello@sylvyearl.com within 7 days of receiving your item for return approval prior to sending the item back to Sylvy Earl.

Once your return has been approved, please send your item to the following address within 14 days of receiving the item;

Please ensure returns are sent via registered post as Sylvy Earl will not responsible for any loss or damage or items on return shipping.

The cost of returning any change of mind items to Sylvy Earl are at the buyer's expense. 

Items received with makeup marks will not be accepted for exchange as all returned items need to be in a re-saleable state.

Change of mind returns will be issued with a credit note, valued at the total price of purchase less original shipping costs, and will remain valid for 30 days.

Please note change of mind returns will not be accepted on custom orders or items that were customised for you. 


FAULTY ITEMS

Please email hello@sylvyearl.com within 7 days of receiving your item if you believe the item you received us faulty. A replacement, repair, or refund can be offered for items that are deemed faulty by Sylvy Earl.

Returns will not be accepted on any item that has been damaged by you or altered in any way.
